Telvasi Consultores Financieros S.A.C., with Tax ID 20612847301 and registered office at Av. Javier Prado Oeste 1234, Office 802, San Isidro, Lima, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through telvasi.com under Peruvian Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Act, its regulations and amendments in force during 2026.

1. Data controller

Telvasi Consultores Financieros S.A.C. acts as the controller of a personal data bank registered before the National Authority for Personal Data Protection of the Peruvian Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.

2. Data we collect

We collect full name, email address, browsing language, device identifier and navigation behaviour when you subscribe to our newsletter, download materials or interact with our forms.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data to send the monthly newsletter, respond to educational enquiries, improve our content based on aggregated metrics and meet accounting obligations before SUNAT. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your free, prior, express, informed and unequivocal consent given when ticking the corresponding box on the form, as well as on the performance of contractual and legal obligations applicable in the Republic of Peru.

5. Retention period

We keep your data for a maximum of five years from your last interaction, unless a longer statutory retention period applies. After this period we proceed with secure deletion.

6. Access, rectification, cancellation and opposition rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, deletion and portability by writing to privacidad@telvasi.com. We respond to your request within ten business days at most.

7. International transfers

Some technology providers may be located outside Peru. In such cases we require contractual clauses guaranteeing levels of protection equivalent to Peruvian legislation.

8. Security measures

We apply technical, organisational and legal measures to safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of data, including encryption in transit, role-based access control and periodic audits.
