This policy explains how Telvasi.com uses cookies and similar technologies under Law No. 29733, its regulations and the Indecopi guidelines applicable in 2026.
2. Types of cookies used
We use four categories: necessary cookies for operation, preference cookies to remember your language, analytics cookies to measure audience and marketing cookies for personalised communications about financial education.
3. Consent management (Consent Mode v2)
We implement Google Consent Mode v2 with granular signals: ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization. Until you grant consent, these signals remain denied by default.
4. Duration
Session cookies expire when the browser is closed. Persistent cookies have a maximum lifetime of twelve months, unless you delete them earlier through the cookie panel or your browser settings.

We may use Google services (Analytics and Tag Manager) and email delivery providers, all subject to confidentiality and data minimisation contracts.
6. User control
